In late 2009, for an Austrian bank and their investors in Croatia, we produced a conceptual architectural and urban design for a residential development in Ivanić Grad. Unfortunately, amid the real estate market crisis, this interesting project was abandoned. Living just outside Zagreb in a row house with your own yard, all at the price of a three-room apartment in the city, is appealing to many young people. Should it ever become available again, perhaps this project will still be realized.
