In the very heart of Crikvenica, first row to the sea, we designed a residential building that offers a view of everything that makes this location special, from the island of Krk and the coastline all the way to the Velebit mountains. Set above Crikvenica’s well-known pebble beach, the building was designed to provide maximum comfort and enjoyment of this unique setting. Its three apartments were designed with an emphasis on functionality and connection to nature, allowing the owners — three brothers — to make full use of everything the location offers.
