In Klara, we designed a modern residential complex consisting of a multi-apartment building with 23 units, commercial space and a garage, along with a smaller residential building with three apartments. The main building provides a functional, contemporary space for everyday living, while the ground-floor commercial space adds extra convenience for residents and the local community. Alongside it, the smaller building offers a more intimate residential setting, ideal for those who prefer a quieter living space. The project was designed with an emphasis on blending the urban with the comfortable, creating a new corner of Klara suited to a modern way of life.
