When we started designing this development above Klenovica, we had one simple goal: nobody should have to peek over the neighbour’s balcony to see the sea.
The result? 10 contemporary buildings, 60 comfortable apartments, and 60 views that say “good morning” to the whole Kvarner Bay, every single day.
Set above the charming fishing village of Klenovica, the development is carefully woven into the Mediterranean landscape. Minimalist architecture, an abundance of light, spacious terraces, and a view that’s simply priceless.
After a bit of effort, the building permits are secured, the paperwork is happy, the investor is impatient, and the excavators are just waiting for the green light.
